| | At High Tech Public Relations, we don’t just arrange media interviews and wish you luck. We help prepare you for the interviews as much as possible. To prepare clients for interviews, we work to identify the questions that will be asked and create a briefing sheet that provides background on the interviewer and the organization. We also identify specific key messages and quotable quotes to be used during the interview, role-play, and discuss possible scenarios in advance of the interview. We participate in the interview, take extensive notes and help to fill in any gaps to ensure all pre-determined key messages are used. We follow up after each interview with the client and the journalist/analyst to ensure the wrap-up of a successful interview.
